Saturday’s practice is a gentle yet profound journey through the seven main chakras — the body’s energetic hubs. Through long-held postures, mindful breath, and visualisation, we explore ways to awaken, balance, and harmonise these centres.

Each week may highlight a different chakra, supporting emotional well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual connection. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centred, and aligned from the inside out.

Suitable for all levels, especially those curious about energy work within yoga.

Booking Details

• Location: The Yoga Space
• Spaces are limited — bookings essential
• Price: $15 per person
  • Pay at booking or cash on arrival*
  • 5-Class or 10-Class Pass available (purchase as you register)
• What to bring: A towel or sarong to cover bolsters
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing; the room is set to a cosy temperature
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class

*cancellations are required 2 hours before the class begins to ensure space is filled from wait list.
