Grounding, Fluidity, and Energy Shifts Through the Five Elements

Sundays invite you into the wisdom of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Each class draws on the qualities of one or more elements to guide your Yin practice, fostering connection with nature’s cycles and rhythms.

Expect deep release, mindful stillness, and an energetic reset to prepare you for the week ahead. This practice is grounding, nourishing, and spacious — a perfect Sunday ritual for body and soul.

Suitable for all levels — beginners welcome.

Booking Details

• Location: The Yoga Space
• Spaces are limited — bookings essential
• Price: $15 per person
  • Pay at booking or cash on arrival*
  • 5-Class or 10-Class Pass available (purchase as you register)
• What to bring: A towel or sarong to cover bolsters
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing; the room is set to a cosy temperature
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class

*cancellations are required 2 hours before the class begins to ensure space is filled from wait list.
