Cake & Sip

Think ‘Paint & Sip’, but cake is the artwork! This workshop is more of a social experience, rather than a formal class – it has less structure but allows for more creative freedom than my other workshops (Note: If you are wanting a structured step-by-step class, I recommend attending any of my other workshops)
Everyone will be supplied with a 5 inch crumb-coated cake, that you can decorate any way you like! There will be a wide range of equipment and supplies to choose from to create your masterpiece, and I’ll be there to give assistance when and if needed.
Below is a list of inclusions, but if you’d like to add decorations to your cake that aren’t listed, you are welcome to purchase them from my shop AND/OR bring your own decorations on the day.
Inclusions:
– Use of my cake decorating equipment
– Buttercream, Fondant and Colour Mill Colours
– Ribbons and artificial Cherries
– 5″ Cake on a board (baked, layered and crumb-coated by me)
– Cake box
– My buttercream recipe to take home
– Non-alcoholic punch
– Grazing afternoon tea
– Hot drinks
What to bring:
– Apron (I have some for sale if you don’t own one or forget to bring one)
– BYO alcohol (optional)
– Decorations that aren’t supplied (optional)
Decorations such as cake toppers, flowers, chocolates, acrylic butterflies, candles etc. are available to purchase from my little shop if required. Much of the equipment we will be using is also available to purchase from the shop. Cash or EFTPOS accepted (EFTPOS incurs a 5% surcharge).
