Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training

I’ll be guiding a Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training beginning May 2nd, 2026.

This is a hybrid course combining online learning with seven face-to-face workshops held locally. We’ll meet fortnightly through May, June and July, creating a steady, spacious rhythm for learning and integration.

This training is designed for those who:

• feel called to deepen their personal practice
• are curious about teaching
• want to understand yoga beyond the poses
• value grounded, embodied learning
• are ready for a steady, supportive journey

The course is delivered in partnership with My Health Mastery School, a long-established and internationally recognised training academy.
