Massage Ball Recovery for mobility, tension relief, and ease of movement

This is a non-yoga class focused entirely on guided self-massage and functional release.

Roll & Release is a practical, body-based session designed to help ease tight muscles, improve mobility, and support recovery from daily movement, exercise, or long hours sitting or standing. Using massage balls, you’ll be guided through simple, effective techniques to soften tension, support fascia health, and restore natural movement patterns.

The class moves slowly and intentionally, with plenty of options and pauses. We’ll work through key areas such as the feet, hips, back, shoulders, and neck, allowing the body to release without forcing or overstretching. Gentle breath awareness is included to support relaxation, but there is no yoga postures or flow in this session.

This class is ideal if you:

  • Feel tight, sore, or restricted in your body
  • Train at the gym, walk, run, or stay active
  • Want better mobility and recovery without doing yoga
  • Prefer practical, grounded movement work

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and at ease in your body – with simple techniques you can continue using at home.

Class Details

  • Offered in-studio at The Yoga Space
  • Small group setting – bookings essential
  • $18 per person – Pay online at booking or use a class package. Cash accepted on arrival*
  • Massage balls provided (you’re welcome to bring your own)
  • BYO mat, towel, and water

Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
*Cancellations required 2 hours before class start time. No-shows are charged accordingly.
