Sacred Yin Journeys

Sacred Journeys is a weekly series of Yin and Restorative practices offering space for deep rest, emotional clarity, and gentle inner renewal. Each class explores a different pathway into self-knowing through stillness, breath, and supported shapes, drawing from yogic philosophy, subtle energy, the elements, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. While each session stands alone, together they form a soft arc of exploration, inviting you to move gently, stay curious, and return home to yourself.

All levels welcome.

Price: $18 per person
5 Class and 10 Class passes available at registration.

A towel or sarong to cover bolsters.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
The door will be locked once class starts to protect the space and the experience for everyone attending.
Phones off or on silent.

Cancellations
Cancellations are required at least 2 hours before class begins so the space can be offered to the wait list.
