Hayley creates immersive sound experience where you’re surrounded by hz frequency sound waves, Imagine lying down or sitting comfortably, breathing deep into your belly and then all these crystelline sounds, vibrations, and resonant tones wash over you. All you do is relax and invite the energies into your bodies, connect with your bodies and feel it buzzing while your emotions are balanced and clear your mind.
For grounding, the medicine drum will bring you slowly back into your body and mind.
Upgrade and soak in all the beautiful calming frequencies in the park near the pool.
