Join us for a relaxed and engaging weekend introduction to Buddhism, designed for those curious about Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, and practical ways to apply these teachings in everyday life. This course offers a gentle and accessible overview of core Buddhist concepts and practices, with an emphasis on reflection, understanding, and real-world application. Guided by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, participants will use a specific text throughout the course and as a valuable reference for continued learning and reflection beyond the weekend. Suitable for beginners and those seeking personal insight, wellbeing tools, or a deeper understanding of Buddhist thought, no prior knowledge or experience is required.
