DESCRIPTION:As we move towards the end of October\, it’s time to celebrate Beltane here in the Southern Hemisphere! 🌿✨ \nAnd this will be our final Sabbat gathering for 2026\, as we don’t hold a public gathering for Litha (Summer Solstice). So if you’ve been meaning to join us for one of our Sabbat celebrations\, this is your last chance for the year! \nWhile much of the Northern Hemisphere is preparing for Samhain and Halloween\, here we’re celebrating something quite different — the beauty of spring\, the approaching summer and the abundance of life! \nBeltane marks the sacred midpoint between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. It’s a time when nature is bursting with colour\, flowers are blooming and the energy of growth\, passion\, love and creativity is all around us. \nTraditionally\, Beltane was celebrated with great fires\, feasting\, dancing and gatherings to honour fertility\, life and abundance. People would even leap over the flames to invite good fortune and blessings! \n🌸 This Beltane\, we come together to:\n✨ Honour the Goddess in her radiant and fertile aspect\n✨ Celebrate love\, passion and joyful union\n✨ Plant seeds of intention for the things we wish to create and welcome into our lives\n✨ Embrace the abundance of nature and the beauty of the changing seasons\n✨ Connect with like-minded souls and celebrate the magic of the Wheel of the Year \nWhether you’ve celebrated Beltane before or you’re simply curious about the Sabbats and would love to learn more\, you’re welcome to join us!\nBeltane reminds us that life is there to be lived\, loved and celebrated.
