DESCRIPTION:A heart-led sanctuary for rest\, healing\, and connection.\n\nHeart Pause is a deeply nurturing 90-minute immersion blending Yin and Restorative yoga with acupressure\, breath-work\, meditation\, and sound immersion. It’s an opportunity to slow down\, soften\, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.\n\nThe practice is mostly floor-based and supported with props\, creating a safe and restful environment. Shapes are held gently\, giving time for the body to release tension and the mind to settle.
