This event is for EVERYONE; our bodies are designed to MOVE!Allow the beat\, music and nature to take over and move you freely. No instructions or steps to follow\, let your body’s knowing guide you!Bring togs and towel for a dip in the ocean afterwards! We often stay for a coffee from the Gather Coffee Van.\n\nLOCATION : Lammermoor Beach access LB10.
